In the near future, we will be expanding our offerings to include additional categories such as Electronics, Food & Beverage, and more, providing a comprehensive platform for a wider range of products.

Yes, we charge 7.5%+GST on the order value for Home & Kitchen and Fashion Category.

Yes, there will be an additional platform fees charged by Buyer App from where the customer order will come. The charges can be from 1% to 7.5% + GST on the order value.

Shipping will be handled by many operators available on the ONDC network.

Shipping cost will be calculated as per the customer’s pin code and charged additionally on and above the product price. Seller will not have to add any cost.

The payment of the product sold will come after 3 days of completion of the return/replacement period as mentioned by sellers and after deducting the Artisans’ Wizard platform fees and Buyer App fees (refer point no. 4 on platform fees).

The final amount after deducting the fees will be transferred directly to the bank account mentioned by the seller during the sign up process .
